Return Policy

1. Eligible returns must be requested within 14-days of the receipt of goods (as per the delivered tracking number for your items.)  

2. There is a 15% restocking fee on all wheels that are eligible for return.

3. Wheels that have been mounted, for any reason, are NOT eligible to be returned. ALWAYS TEST FIT WHEELS BEFORE MOUNTING!

4. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new, unused, and in original condition in its original packaging. You’ll also need to be the original purchaser and have proof of purchase that matches your name and address.

** NOT ALL ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED (details below). **

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, the following items can NOT be returned:

- All Shirts, apparel, and wearable items.

- Decals / stickers 

- Replacement screws/hardware

- ALL "blems", closeout, or discounted wheels on special (purchased through konigwheels.com)

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at shop@konigwheels.com. If your return is eligible, we will issue you a RA (Return Authorization) number. 

2. All return shipping of items are the responsibility of the customer.  You may ship the items back using your own preferred carrier or you may purchase a discounted shipping label from KONIG.

**No items will be accepted without a valid RA number. Items will either be refused at customers expense or received and scraped.**

** Customer is responsible for any shipping claims or damage to products as a result of return shipping.  Konig will not store product or handle a shipping claim as result of the return.  If Konig receives a product that is damaged during the return or the return upon receipt is deemed to be ineligible, the customer may opt to request product back within 24 hours of being notified by Konig of the return ineligibility, this return will be at the customers expense.**

3. Before shipping please print out a copy of your original order and write your RA# on it, then include it in the box(s) you're returning. 

4. The return shipping label must have the RA# in the attention to field.  All goods must be returned to the shipping address provided to you. 

** KONIG is not responsible for returns that are not received, not signed for by a Konig staff member, or if shipped to any Konig location other than the return address location supplied during the process of issuing the RA. 

5.  Items received in acceptable condition and / or determined to be eligible for return, will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt by Konig.  Refund will be made via the original method of payment to the same account that was used for payment, no exceptions.  Unless otherwise noted, Konig will refund the amount of your purchase less the original shipping cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is  damaged.  Damage or loss item claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt. 

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within the 14 day return window so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!  Failure to do so  will render the items ineligible for returns. 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item(s) you must make a new and separate purchase for the item you want and then return the item you have received.  Item being returned is subject to the return policy noted above.  

Refunds
As mentioned above we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method less the shipping. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancelations

You may cancel an order placed directly through this site, without penalty, anytime before it ships.  To cancel email us at shop@konigwheels.com or call us at 516-822-5700 x301.  We will do our best to execute your cancellation however this can not always be guaranteed.

Please note refusing items after shipping does not constitute as a cancelation and will still be subject to the return policy above.
