The Konig R&D Program is an opportunity for automotive enthusiasts to get involved in our wheel development process. We’re looking for volunteers willing to let our team scan and measure their vehicle’s brakes so we can create precise brake profile drawings. These drawings help us ensure that our wheel designs fit perfectly with a wide range of vehicles and brake setups. The process is quick, safe, and helps us expand wheel fitment options for the community.

As a thank-you for helping us with research and development, participants will receive a special discount on a set of Konig wheels. You’ll also get a behind-the-scenes look at how our engineering team works to ensure wheel fitment precision and safety. Plus, you’ll be contributing directly to future wheel designs and fitment data that benefit the entire automotive community.

There are no risks to your vehicle. The scanning process is completely non-invasive —. Our team uses precise digital tools to measure brake and hub clearances. Your vehicle will remain stationary during the entire scan, and our technicians take great care to ensure every car is treated with the highest level of respect and professionalism.

If your vehicle is selected, we’ll schedule a convenient time for you to bring it to one of our locations — either our Southern California warehouse or our New York office in Plainview. The process usually takes 1 hour. You’re welcome to wait on-site or return when it’s complete. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and provide details about your Konig wheel discount once your participation is confirmed.
